Judge.me - This is an excellent option that is simple but gets the job done. We think it’s the best priced Reviews platform on the market for what you get in terms of functionality.
Junip - Great customer service, easy implementation, good pricing.
Okendo - A most robust platform that has more bells and whistles than our other two recommendations but still without the Yotpo pricing (lol.)

Klaviyo - The gold standard for an Email Service Platform that seamlessly integrates with Shopify. We love everything but their pricing.
Sendlane - This is a better priced platform that a lot of brands are using as an alternative to Klaviyo. However, we’ve found it to be less intuitive and user friendly.
📱SMS
Postscript - Easy to use and great pricing.
Attentive - More expensive than Postscript, but comes with more robust features, like personalization, and faster customer service.

There are too many Affiliate Marketing platforms to count, but in our honest opinion, they are all equally bad. It’s like none of these platforms have updated their technology since 1999. Replo - Hands down the best landing page builder. Easy to use and the company provides a ton of templates for inspiration. A Replo subscription also comes with an active Slack community and access to experts who can help you build out your LP.
📊 Site analytics
Microsoft Clarity - a free tool that gives you great info through heat maps and session recordings.
Quantcast - another free tool that provides demographic and psychographic data on your website visitors.
🤝 Customer Service
Gorgias - Excellent cost effective solution that helps you streamline customer service inquiries from your website and social media platforms - a timesaver as your business scales. Note that pricing of this tool does increase as your business grows and the number of customer service tickets increase.
🔍 SEO
SEO is complex and takes time to see real results, but there a few apps out there that help with technical SEO optimization, helping you save time and agency fees.
